Executive Director

Lucy Waldo has served as Executive Director for Legacy since December 2001. Since then Lucy has coordinated 24 conservation easements covering 11,149 acres.   Lucy came to Gunnison in 1989 and enjoys living with her horses and dogs among the valley’s working ranches.  She holds a Master's Degree in Agricultural and Extension Education with an emphasis on natural resource policy.
