Buckhorn Ranch - 150 acres along Tomichi Creek, 1 ½ miles east of Doyleville. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 3/21/00.

Taramarcaz Ranch - 650 acres along Upper Tomichi Creek, south of U.S. Highway 50. 437 acres irrigated and natural riparian wetlands. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 3/30/00.

Phelps Ranch Lower Meadow - 258 acres along Upper Tomichi Creek, on the south side of U.S. Highway 50 west of Parlin. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 9/18/00.

Gately Seahorse Ranch - 318 acres four miles east of Gunnison along one mile of Tomichi Creek, south of U.S. Highway 50. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 9/15/00.

Cole Ranch - 307 acres in Upper Tomichi Valley, southwest of Doyleville. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 12/30/99.

Hot Springs Creek Ranch (Pringle family) - 872 acres in the beautiful Waunita Valley at the base of Tomichi Dome. Easement held by The Nature Conservancy. 6/23/98.

Redden Ranch - 995 acres in the Ohio Creek Valley, five miles north of Highway 135. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 7/21/98.

Lazy F-Bar Ranch (Guerrieri family) - 180 acres at the base of Crested Butte Mountain along Brush Creek Road. Easement held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 7/30/98.

Phelps Ranch Upper Meadow - 199 acres in Parlin along Tomichi Creek, on the south side of U.S. Highway 50. Easement held by The Nature Conservancy. 9/29/98.

Field Ranch - 594 acres across from the Phelps Ranch along the north side of U.S. Highway 50 at Parlin. Easement is held by the Colorado Cattlemen’s Agricultural Land Trust. 10/20/98.
